Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GA4Audit.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GA4Audit.ai is an AI-powered Google Analytics 4 auditing platform. We analyze your GA4 configuration, identify tracking issues, and provide actionable recommendations. The Service requires connecting your Google Analytics account via OAuth.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Free accounts have limited access. Full Access subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Google OAuth & Data Usage

To perform audits, we request read-only access to your Google Analytics data via OAuth. We do not modify your GA4 configuration. We do not store raw analytics data beyond the duration of your audit session. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label audit reports without a qualifying plan
• Abuse API endpoints, circumvent rate limits, or perform automated scraping
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Audit reports are generated by AI (Claude Sonnet) based on your GA4 data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights may contain errors or incomplete recommendations. Reports should be reviewed by a qualified analytics professional before making significant changes to your tracking setup.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
